Dry Brushing
Dry brushing is a technique that involves using a dry, firm-bristled brush on the skin in upward, circular motions. This method is thought to exfoliate dead skin, improve circulation, and stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Commonly used on the body rather than the face, dry brushing can leave skin feeling smoother and may reduce the appearance of cellulite over time.
It’s best done before a shower, followed by a nourishing moisturiser. Sensitive or inflamed skin should avoid this practice, as it can exacerbate irritation.
