Seborrhoeic Dermatitis

What It Is:

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a chronic skin condition affecting oil-rich areas, such as the scalp, face, and chest.

What It Looks Like:

It presents as red, flaky skin, sometimes accompanied by greasy yellow scales, particularly around the hairline or eyebrows.

Treatment:

Medicated shampoos with ketoconazole or selenium sulphide, along with anti-inflammatory creams, can reduce symptoms.
