Booking Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us offer the best possible availability to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to move or cancel your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment or consultation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may be charged at 100% of the treatment or consultation fee.

For certain treatments, longer appointments or appointments requiring products to be ordered specifically for you, we may request a deposit at the time of booking. Where applicable, this will be explained to you before your appointment is confirmed.

If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent patients and the full appointment fee may still apply. If there is insufficient time to carry out your treatment safely or appropriately, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply.

We appreciate that exceptional circumstances arise and these will always be considered at the discretion of the Dr. Alexis Granite and her team.
